Developed a problem with my Freestyle while traveling and had repairs done by not one, but three different repair facilities, including Ford, AND including having three significant(and expensive) parts replaced(one for the second time-under warranty from Ford). Got on the road and problem resurfaced, so I stumbled back to NJ where Mr. Allen did the research and found what seemed to be the solution to the problem; he also went above and beyond and investigated further, finding the solution that nobody else could come up with.
