We went to Trade Zone in Hampton on Rt. 31 looking for a car for our college bound son where we found a very clean 2002 Honda Accord. We were able to strike an extremely fair deal and we asked Russ Owren, the sales manager, to have the wheels balanced before we picked the car up. He agreed and called us the following day to say the car actually needs an axle shaft and that they would pay for the repair. The car was ready for pickup, as promised, and repaired. What a great experience we had and would definitely shop there again.

I bought a used car for 7000 so I didn't expect it to be perfect but I also didn't expect to put 1000 into it the first 2 weeks of having it. After having the car for 4 hours Iit broke down. Before I bought it Jeff said the small problems would be fixed. Come to find out they didn't fix anything just turned the light off . After a week of driving it the lights came back like I said I didn't expect perfect but it's been 5 weeks of owning the car and can't drive it it's going to be another 1200 to fix.
